Embassy Suites - Minneapolis Airport It will take another couple of days for our group information to get fully set up in the Embassy Suites computer system. Since time is of the essence, the hotel devised a way for you to reserve your rooms at our special discounted rate of $129 right now. It will get much easier in the next couple of days, but until then, this is how you do it: First, go to the hotel's website. You will see a page that looks like the one below. To the right of the picture of the hotel there is an area that says "Check Availability." Enter the dates you want to reserve and click "Go."
That will bring you to a page that looks like this. (1) Enter your room preferences. (2) Scroll down to ‘Special Accounts’ and enter ‘RMM’ in the ‘Group/Convention Code’ field and (3) Click on "Continue." The rest of the process is obvious from there.
